Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re much too busy working on your websites or developing your web apps, you barely have time to monitor what’s happening with the VPS server – whether it’s overloaded or whether all the services are running correctly. With our Administration Services package, we’ll take care of this on your behalf. Your VPS will be added to the custom–made monitoring software system and the minute there’s a trace of a problem, our server administrators will be informed momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a Linux VPS Package is not the simplest mission in this world. You will either have to use another server or your home PC, alternatively make use of some third–party solution. We offer a much simpler and easier alternative with our Administration Services deal. We’ll make a full backup copy of your VPS server every week, so you never need to be afraid of losing vital data. Last but not least we can always recover a backup very quickly. All backups we make are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with your content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux VPS Package, you will have full freedom to run any script or service on your it. However, a part of the scripts are harder to run and might require some additional setup on your part. That is where our Administration Services solution will come in real handy. It features half an hour of installation & problem–solving operations – it means that you can literally employ one of our proficient server admins for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation of any software that you want. Alternatively have him take care of a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and it is an extra feature with our KVM Linux VPS Packages.
